Seattle’s tech scene keeps us busy. Amazon SLU to Bellevue offices, Microsoft Redmond campus runs, Boeing facilities – we know these routes backwards. Convention center shuttles during big events turn into continuous loops because nobody wants to walk 8 blocks in the rain.

Here’s what we handle regularly: employee campus shuttles, conference attendee transport from the Washington State Convention Center, client entertainment (translation: your boss wants to impress visiting executives), team building events that your HR department organized, and those annual meetings where half the company flies in from other states.

Corporate retreats? Semiahmoo Resort, Salish Lodge, Alderbrook – done them all multiple times. Groups of 25-35 fit perfectly in our mini coaches. Bigger crowds get the full motor coaches.

Airport & Cruise Terminal Groups

SeaTac runs are bread and butter for group transportation Seattle services. We coordinate pickups with flight arrivals (domestic and international terminals). The multi-hotel pickup thing is common during conference season – downtown, Eastside, University District, all consolidated into one smooth operation.

Cruise season (May through September) means Pier 66 at Bell Street and Pier 91 at Smith Cove get slammed. Embarkation day traffic is brutal. We run alternate routes through Magnolia and Interbay to avoid the worst of it. Post-cruise airport transfers take about 50 minutes if we skip I-5.

Quick math: 10 passengers in separate Ubers to SeaTac costs $250+. Our shuttle? $110 flat. Groups of 20 or more save 60-70% easy.

Wedding Guest Transportation

Wedding shuttles prevent the parking nightmare. Ceremony to reception, hotel to venue, continuous loops – we’ve seen every configuration. Multi-location weddings are getting more popular (Georgetown Ballroom to some Woodinville winery, for example). That’s a 45-minute haul each direction.

Our Seattle shuttle service covers rehearsal dinners, day-after brunches, airport pickups for out-of-town guests. Post-reception returns to hotels mean your guests can actually enjoy the open bar without worrying about driving.

Standard 6-hour wedding package runs $840 for an 18-passenger shuttle. That includes pickups from 3 locations (usually 2 downtown hotels plus one Eastside spot), ceremony site, reception venue, and hotel returns. Driver stays on-site doing continuous loops instead of scheduled departures only.

Woodinville Wine Tours & Brewery Crawls

Woodinville tours are honestly some of our favorite runs. 6-8 hour packages hit 6-8 tasting rooms. Chateau Ste Michelle is always on the list. JM Cellars, Patterson Cellars, and the newer boutique places along Hollywood Hills. Most groups do lunch at The Commons or Barking Frog between tastings.

Seattle brewery tours cover Fremont, Ballard, Georgetown neighborhoods. 4-hour crawls typically hit 4-5 spots – Fremont Brewing, Reuben’s, Holy Mountain, Georgetown Brewing. Some groups add distilleries like Woodinville Whiskey Co. and Copperworks for variety.

Sample route: pickup downtown at 10am, straight to Chateau Ste Michelle, then JM Cellars, Patterson Cellars, lunch break, three more wineries, back to Seattle by 6pm. Our drivers know the tasting room schedules so you’re not waiting around. Coolers are fine – bring water, snacks, store your wine bottles.

Sports Teams & Athletic Events

Tournament shuttles, away games, training camps. High school and university club sports teams book us for trips across Western Washington – Tacoma, Everett, Vancouver WA venues. Multi-day basketball tournaments and swim meets need round-trip service plus standby between sessions.

Full varsity rosters with coaching staff and equipment fit in our 45-passenger coaches. Gear goes in the undercarriage bays.
